What the licence does and does not cover
Covered
The @bluesprincemedia/thiri-mcp server and its client examples: the package published at v0.5.1 and later, and every future release. Use it in commercial products, in client work, and in services you charge for.
Not covered
The harmony engine itself is not distributed and is not part of this licence. The hosted API is licensed separately per key at build.thiri.ai/keys, and the embedded build for hardware is licensed per unit, see hardware licensing.
The commercial licence includes 1,000,000 calls a month and 25 keys on the hosted API (chords.thiri.ai). Custom embedded offline builds are licensed separately.

An annual grant to ship the MCP inside products you sell, with 1,000,000 calls a month, 1,000 a minute and 25 keys. Activated at build.thiri.ai/keys.
T.H.I.R.I. Builders: community
The community on Skool: the builders calls, the research write-ups and the people wiring THIRI into their own work. Joining does not change a key's tier and does not grant commercial rights.
Neither one requires the other. Membership does not confer commercial rights, and the licence does not include membership: a lapsed membership must never put a shipped product out of licence.
A note on older releases
Versions at or before 0.5.0 were published under the terms they shipped with, and those grants stand: a licence once given cannot be withdrawn. Versions 0.1.0 through 0.3.0 are deprecated on npm and are a July 2026 snapshot: they do not receive fixes, and they are not what the current package is. Anything built on them is on its own. Install 0.5.3 or later.
