This policy explains what THIRI (operated by Blues Prince Media) collects when you use thiri.ai, the THIRI Chord Intelligence API, and related services, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account & contact data — the email address you provide to join the waitlist or obtain an API key.
• API usage — requests made with your API key (the chord symbols/progressions queried, endpoint, timestamp, and call counts) so we can meter usage, enforce quotas, and improve the engine.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate-limiting.

How we use it

• To provide, meter, and secure the API and related products.
• To improve THIRI's accuracy and features.
• To contact you about your account, access, or material changes to the service.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to operate the product — including hosting/CDN (Cloudflare, Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and CRM/email (GoHighLevel) — who process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email enterprise@thiri.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
