These terms govern your use of thiri.ai, the THIRI Chord Intelligence API, and related products provided by Blues Prince Media ("THIRI", "we"). By using the service you agree to them.
THIRI provides a deterministic music-theory API and related tools (chord analysis, resolution, voicing, and reharmonization) over REST and MCP, plus optional paid products.
You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all activity under it. Don't share keys or attempt to circumvent rate limits or monthly quotas. We may suspend access for abuse.
The THIRI engine — including all chord analysis, voicing, and reharmonization logic — is proprietary to Blues Prince Media. These terms grant you a limited right to use the API's outputs in your own products, not any rights in the engine itself.
Free and paid tiers are described on our pricing pages. Paid plans renew per their stated cadence; quotas and limits apply as published.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blues Prince Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
